EDIT: 7/16/26 Bought chair a second time. Had a tear in the upholstery on seat back and scuff marks on seat. Not happy about the tear, will use Sharpie on the scuff. Also, seat is about an inch higher than the first one I bought. My heels don't touch the ground. Probably because seat also seems firmer. Hopefully it'll soften up with use and I'll eventually be able to put my feet on the floor. I'd give this chair 4 stars and the first one a 5, but because I think it's still a great chair for the price I'll keep rating at 5. I can cover tear with a throw blanket.
EDIT: 7/14/26 I'm buying this chair again for my puzzle table. Really love it. Armrests get a little loose over time, but it's not a big deal to me considering how comfortable this chair is.
Original: Very nice chair. I'm a 64 yo woman, assembled it in 45 minutes easily except for a couple momentary brain lapses. Hardware was fastened to the box so it couldn't get lost.
I'm 5' on a good day. I bought this chair because of the seat height advertised. With the cushions in the back I can just put my feet on the floor if I sit up straight. At first I wasn't going to put the wheels on, then realized the lift piston doesn't seat right unless wheels are on. Without the wheels the chair will be wobbly.
I used the neck cushion at the bottom, a chair pad in the middle and lumbar cushion at the neck. Chair is very, very comfortable like this. I'm using it to watch TV so it'll be in recline positions most of the time.
Didn't buy it for the massage feature. That said, it does feel good on my neck. I have neck issues and this type of vibration helps so I might actually use it. I've had other chairs in this price range with massage, and I think it's a wee bit better than those. Nothing extraordinary though. Massage works by plugging USB in. Very short cord.
Armrest height is comfortable. I don't think I'll be using the footrest since I have a pedestal ottoman, but extended it's comfortable for me. Probably not so much for someone taller. Seat is nice and wide. I'm plumper and I've still got lots of room.
I am extremely, extremely happy with this chair. I'm hoping it lasts awhile. Shipping was on time. I'd buy it again and might just because I can.
