Good elasticity, strong to light resistances, really nice exercise bands
The material quality of these bands is pretty high. Each band is marked with it's strength/resistance range and the bands are a good length for use assisting pull ups or doing resistance exercises with. The set includes the various color coded bands, a sheet with instructions for a lot of different resistance exercises you can use the band for and a draw string storage bag for all of it. The bands are naturally tacky, which is great for keeping a good grip on them. These elastic bands feel and looks great, they're easy to use and comfortable to hold onto. The bands can be stretched a really long way, making them very versatile and useful for tons of exercises. The bands aren't straight lengths like elastic ribbons but instead they are long loops. This makes them great for all sorts of exercises and easy to loop over a pull up bar to assist. For someone like me who for various medical reasons hasn't been able to do a pull up in ages, these assistance bands are perfect. I did my first pull up in a long time using these bands and my hope is to build up the number of pull ups I can do using that band, then drop down a band strength, rinse and repeat until I can do the pull ups unassisted. Even when I reach that goal the bands will still be useful for doing a lot of exercises without any need for weights or racks. That makes them a pretty good value and well worth the price. The bands are easy to roll up to stick in the bag for storage. The bag is relatively small, it doesn't take up much space so it's easy to store just about anywhere. The material the bands are made with is very elastic and quite strong, I feel like they should last a long time. With these resistance bands you can do just about any exercise you'd do with weights or machines. The included instructions sheet has instructions for lots of resistance band exercises. I'm really happy to have them.

I've purchased these multiple times. I absolutely love them. I take to every workout. I love having them in my gym bag in case i work them in that session. Very versatile.

Bought these because I could barely grind out three clean pull-ups and I wanted to train the movement instead of just failing at it. The color coding makes it easy to grab the right resistance, and I've been dropping down a band every few weeks as I get stronger. They're thick and haven't picked up that rubbery smell some bands come with. One of the better fitness buys I've made. Up to 6 pull ups now.

Really happy with this 5 set and Iâm glad I didnât get the smaller ones alone. The green one is great for practicing pull-ups and also neck tucks when itâs wrapped. Very happy with the quality so far and have been using daily without issue for thoracic outlet syndrome.

Very good, I like it. Maybe a longer one will help in some exercises but this ok. Band exercises is faster and easier, you can do it at home or in open areas.

Purchased to replace the Under Sun bands that have broken, two smaller ones. Feel low quality and will not last as long as the Under Sun bands have. They did cost half as much, were what I expected.
