Great set!
Quality: Good quality overall. The bands feel durable and not like they are going to snap or wear out quickly with normal use. The handles are sturdy and comfortable enough to grip without feeling cheap or unstable. Variety and Accessories: There is a good variety with different resistance levels, which makes it easy to adjust depending on what you are working on. It also comes with ankle straps for leg work, which is a nice addition, and a door anchor that allows for a much wider range of exercises. That really helps make it feel more like a full workout setup instead of just basic bands. Functionality: Very easy to use and set up. You are not dealing with anything complicated, and switching between bands or attachments is straightforward. The included booklet is also helpful because it shows different exercises and positions you can do with the bands. It is especially useful if you need a bit of direction on how to effectively use the bands. Overall, I think these are priced fairly and the quality matches the price. Overall it is a good tool to have when you want the gym but cannot go to the gym. It is simple, functional, and does exactly what it is supposed to do without feeling overcomplicated or low quality.

    Great attachments, the door jammer is awesome and creates an anchor point for any type of workout. The resistance is questionable though, I dont feel like they are actually as heavy as they say.
