    I use these for 'dessert' on a very low carb high protein diet. Too lazy at this point to make my own – I've tried and they never come out right. The fruit flavor is good, texture is chewy without being too much and after a few I feel like I've had something sweet to eat after what are invariably either meat or protein shake meals. It balances things out without having to worry about carb counts.
