These are terrible. I will never purchase again. You have to eat 5 to get 10 grams of protein. They taste like you are chewing rubber and stick all to your teeth. I will order the ones I was using where I eat 2 and get 20 grams of protein and they taste good.

I keep these in my gym bag and honestly they’ve helped me stay consistent with protein intake. I don’t always want a shake after workouts, and these are a nice alternative. I also like that they’re sugar-free and don’t feel heavy at all. Great backup option.

I also like someone else mentioned thought the description and the packaging was misleading. Each individual bag is only 4 grams protein, 7 net carbs and 80 calories. I have other brands with individual bags that are actually 24 grams of protein. 1 net carb and 110 calories. Only 30 extra calories for an extra 20g protein. I was really disappointed in realizing you would have to eat all the bags to get 24g of protein
