Do the headset have wireless Bluetooth capability?

The headset is 2.4Ghz wireless only and requires a USB transmitter connection for use. The headset does not have Bluetooth capability.

How to connect the PS5/PS4?

1.Connect the USB to the USB port on the PS4/5 console

2. Console Settings Main Menu – Settings – Devices – Audio – Audio Devices – Set Input and Output Devices to Headphones

Why does the wireless mode not turn on?

1. Please check if the headset is fully charged.

2. Please make sure the headset is not inserted into the 3.5mm audio cable or charging cable, inserting the cable control will automatically turn off the headset wireless mode.

Why is there no sound from the microphone when the headset is connected to the Switch?

Since some Switch game settings don’t allow you to use an external microphone, we suggest you try selecting Microphone for Headset in Settings.

How are gaming headsets compatible with Xbox One devices?

1. Please use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect Xbox One (wireless mode is not compatible)

2. Make sure the Xbox One device has a 3.5mm connector, older Xbox One models require an additional Microsoft adapter.
