This has become my go to on days when it's either too hot or too cold to get outside, which in a lot of climates ends up being more days than not. The folding design is what actually makes it work in a real home. It slides under my desk or sofa when I'm done, so it's not a piece of gym equipment permanently taking up floor space. The max speed tops out around a slow jog pace, which is honestly the right ceiling for what this is built for. It's enough to genuinely get your heart rate up if you want it to, without pretending to be a full treadmill replacement.
I like that it tracks calories, time, and distance on its own, so I'm not relying on my phone or a separate clock to know how long I've been moving. At 50 lbs, I expected it to be a hassle to move, but it's not. It has wheels built into the front, so you just lift the back half and roll it into place without dragging or straining to reposition it.
For anyone who uses weather as the reason movement doesn't happen, this removes that excuse entirely.
