I love that I can easily adjust the resistance depending on my mood. It was practically ready to go straight out of the box. If you sit for hours at a time, do yourself a favor and get one of these—your legs will thank you!

This machine is amazing! I received it and set it up by myself. I really like to use it. You can go easy or get a more strenuous workout. Also, the noise level is very low.

I held off on reviewing this to allow time to use. I really questioned that a machine that allows you to sit while using could have any great benefit. It has been over a month now of daily use,1/2 to full hour, so it is time. I have significant neck, back and leg issues including neuropathy in my lower left leg and foot. The neuropathy has lessened significantly including the shooting pains in my foot. I sleep much better. My knees feel so much better as well. I don’t really use the arms cords as kind of uncomfortable for me to do so. The machine itself works well. It does the job. So many options out there I know. So far so good. I am happy. Money well spent.
