Once assembled it does not work. We got an error code E01 that asks that we reconnect wires, (which we did not have to connect on assembly) and we did so, or replace monitor or driver. VERY DISSAPOINTED! BUT once we reached the seller with the problem , they explained it was not fixable and SENT OUT A NEW ONE immediately! WOW, works great and I did not have to return the old one.

This thing is tiny. I had never seen such a small treadmill. I was worried that my 5’2 125 pound self would not be able to fit on this. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to assemble, looks great, and is really sturdy, and I fit just fine. It is very easy to move, and accelerates and inclines quickly. Really a great purchase.

Worst packaging ever. None of the screws are labeled, so I basically have to YouTube the assembly just to figure out which screw is which. The instructions say there are 10 self-tapping screws, but there are actually 12. And the curved washers? No explanation at all about what they’re even for.
Get it together. For a product that requires assembly, the hardware should at least come organized and clearly labeled in separate, sealed packages so customers can identify everything. This made the assembly process way more frustrating than it needed to be. This is the first time I’ve moved or opened the box since it arrived, so everything shown is exactly what came packaged with it.
The hardware wasn’t properly labeled or organized, the quantities don’t match the manual, and I’m having to figure out on my own which screws and washers are supposed to be used. That’s a packaging and instruction issue, not something the customer should have to troubleshoot. And they came in bags lol. A FOR EFFORT

I could do almost 3 miles on my old one…I'm lucky if I can do half that with thise one WITHOUT incline AND I LOVE IT! For such a small treadmill, it does not disappoint. Highly recommend!

So far everything about this is great super easy to set up it doesn't look as cheap as I thought it was going to I weigh 250 lb and the belt was able to start with me standing on it as well as the incline the only real issue I have is that the pictures in the ad our little deceiving because this is much narrower than a traditional treadmill but it's still perfect for what we wanted
