This treadmill is exactly what I wanted. The set-up took less time than opening the box. Super easy, clear instructions and literally took about 5 minutes. The treadmill has several pre-programmed workouts or you can set your own. It is incredibly quiet and comfortable to walk on. I am so excited to finally have an option to work out at home on the days I don't feel like going to the gym. I highly recommend the seller and the product. Get one you can't go wrong.
