Putting Beta-Alanine in a POST workout supplement should be criminal 🤣 I used to get the BCAA from transparent labs but it isn’t not currently available on Amazon. I figured a product called “POST” with a tagline that reads “Post workout recovery supplement” from the same company was a safe bet. NOPE. This has pre workout in it, which hey maybe that’s your thing but to an average joe just looking for some amino acids, suddenly getting drugged with angry energy and stinging skin is not cute. It’s definitely my fault for not checking the label but the marketing on this is wildly inaccurate, misleading, and actually a little dangerous. Pre workout is not for everyone. Unfortunately before realizing my mistake in purchasing this I sent some to my son. This product is unreturnable because it’s a supplement. So I’ve spent $100 – and as a family that doesn’t do well with pre workout – it’s absolutely wasted.
