Before I get into the machine, I just want to say the customer service experience dealing with the seller was absolutely extraordinary and exceptional.
Back in October, we received multiple boxes with parts for this machine as well as tons of other packages, full of weights and fitness equipment that was purchased
At no fault of the seller the trucking company dumped some of these boxes out on the side of the road and left them and when we found them, they were busted open fast-forward to the end of April. We finally got around to starting to assemble some of the products that were purchased and started with this large Smith machine which we found to be missing a few pieces out of the parts box that was damaged Durham shipping.
Upon contacting the seller and sending them pictures, even though this was purchased all the way back in October within a few few days, we had the missing parts delivered, which was very unexpected. I figured it would take quite some time.
When I got down to the last assembly part of the unit which was the workout bench, the instructions was missing. I had then again contacted the seller, and they immediately sent over a link to view the instructions for the bench.
The machine itself once I got it assembled is solid, very well built machine, and very useful for a home gym
I would 100% recommend this machine to anyone and also recommend purchasing from epoch store as these people are fantastic and one of the best sellers I have ever dealt with on Amazon with large purchases.

Putting 5 stars so that this can be seen to everyone. We recieved what appears to be the full machine parts and bolts included, however we didnt get any instructions on assembly. the instructions are not here which are extremely needed! we have no directions on how to assemble the smith machine. did this happen to anyone else?
Already the wire has exposed wires on the cables that are now digging into the plastic wheels which is a safety issues
The equipment is good, but instructions on how to assemble are one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Did not even came with instructions on how to assemble the bench press, I had to spend hours trying to figure out what goes whee with which screws.
I strongly recommend SunHome to completely re-do these instructions and invest more time on it. I could have saved probably 6 hours of these instructions were well made. As for the equipment so far so good, and the quality of the material seems solid.
