    Taste pretty good for a protein/ weight gainer suplement. Taste better if you mix with 8 oz of milk and duluting to preferred thickness with water. I started working out this past summer I weighed 125lb and as of now I'm at 152lb I started with muscle milk gainer but the 650 calories per serving wasn't enough so I went with rule 1 and break the serving size into 2 640 ish cal shakes a day.

    Won't mix no matter how long you try. Even using a shaker I couldn't get the lumps out.
    The taste was OK when I tried drinking around the lumps. I ended up throwing away the whole container.

    I got strawberry flavored and to me it is so sweet. Tbh I cant handle the sweetness!! I wanted to give it try because I cant find a mass gainer that is unflavor. I think for the price its not a lot of servings .
