    Flavor is good, overall stim is good as well. But the Beta-alanine skin tingles is genuinely the worst thing on this planet. I feel like bugs are crawling in my skin and I cant focus on anything but the tingles. Its completely pointless to add this in here since the dose provided has no benefit on performance. If it didn't have beta alanine it would be awesome and for that im out.
