This is a great tower pull up bar, and dip bar. My husband is 5 foot 11 and he was able to use this very easily. It was stable enough for him to be able to do consistent pull-ups. For the price you really cannot beat the quality that you get with this. It’s not the most substantial piece of equipment like you would find in a gym, but it certainly works for having at home to be able to get workouts in. It is easy to adjust and to slide up and down. The one downside is that when you put the hooks in to hold the assist band that comes with it, it does make it difficult to slide the pull-up bar up and down to different heights if you have different people using it as the assist hooks have to also be taken out to drop the height of the pull-up bar. It doesn’t take up a considerable amount of space which is nice. It’s currently living in our living room as we’re not sure where to put it. The section cups on the bottom, help it to stay from sliding around if you have it on a floor that has any slickness to it like a garage, concrete floor or hardwood floors. For the price, I would definitely recommend this!

Bad design that cannot be consistently assembled.

Could NOT get past the first assembly step. Design doesn't have slots but requires multiple holes to be aligned perfectly and their production process does not have that level of precision. Furthermore, the hardware screw package was new, but it is obvious that the frame was attempted to be assembled previously as paint scratches in areas that would have required redrilling holes were evident.
BAD QUALITY item that should be avoided. You might be fortunate to get one that does assemble, but the design is not good (unless you think metal stretches). 🙂 This product is the reason why lots of companies request GD&T and 6 Sigma credentials for engineers.

Great machine. Easy to assemble. The only downside is sturdyness a lot of moving when doing a pull up or dip. Not stable. Makes you feel uncomfortable to use.

This is a highly recommended product; the structure is solid and stable, it offers safety, and the finish is more than adequate for the price. The pads are high-quality, comfortable, and well-positioned. The fact that the handles are slightly angled makes gripping easier during abdominal exercises.
however, it took me a long, long time to settle on this particular unit, and in the process of settling on it, I did extensive research. Even quite large guys seemed to be nearly universally completely satisfied with it.

I like how easy it is to alter the height, as I'm using it in a garage under a garage door. It has every exercise that I wanted in a Power Tower, specifically, a pull-up/chin-up bar, an adjustable leg raise station, dip bars, and elevated push-up grab handles. Also, just as important to me, it isn't fitted out with any gimmicks or nonsense. This tower is simple, sturdy, and basic yet complete.

Can not support 660 pounds. I don't know where they're getting that figure from.

The listing said it can support 660 pounds and that it is heavy duty. These are the reasons why I bought it. However, after putting it together and trying it out, the frame felt very unstable and I did not feel confident at all to do any pull ups as the frame felt as though the metal frame might bend. I had it set at the highest setting for pull-ups and did not feel comfortable at all on it. Also when doing dips, the entire frame was shaking and wobbling. I am 6' 4" tall and I weigh about 210 pounds.
