This stepper is small, lightweight, and very affordable. The resistance feels just right, and I keep it in front of the TV so I can use it while watching shows. The manual is written a bit casually, so at first I didn’t understand what the extra part was for. Later I realized it’s supposed to go around the two steel wires to keep them tight. I attached a photo so you can see how it should be installed you don’t even need to follow the manual.

I bought this for my parents so they can do some light exercise 40 minutes after meals. They usually sit and watch TV after dinner, which is why I bought this – it allows them to strengthen their leg muscles while watching TV, which is beneficial for them
