Does it run with a built-in battery ?

NO, this LED clock requires a 5V/1A plug-in USB-A adapter (NOT included) to run. However it comes with a button battery, which is used to preserve the time settings during power outages and is not meant to be used as a continuous power supply.

How long does the alarm clock ring ?

It’s about 5 minutes alarm duration and 5 minutes snooze time (The alarm will ring for 5 minutes, then pause for 5 minutes snooze, and it will repeat a total of 3 times.)

Why did the alarm not ring at the set time ?

Please check the alarm time setting and time format setting (12h / 24h format). 12h format: am12 o’ clock ~ pm11 o’ clock / 24h format: 0 o’clock ~ 23 o’ clock

Can I set alarms for workdays and weekend separately ?

YES, it features dual alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2), you can set the alarm cycle for “Monday to Friday”, “Saturday and Sunday”, or “Monday to Sunday”.

Why does the date and day of week show incorrect ?

Please note the Year value (e.g. 2024), when you set the datetime. Press and hold the “SET” button to start the Hour setting, press “+” or “-” to adjust, then press “SET” button repeatedly to skip to Minute, Year, Month, Date setting.
