    These rollers imho go far and beyond the 'one wheel' type. These force you to build strength on each side independently allowing for wide or narrow reps. HUGE PLUS!! These are built VERY WELL!!

    These Ab Roller Wheels are excellent. They are as the seller described them, they came when promised and they were delivered with care.

    Two things stand out to me: 1) the quality of the devices (they are constructed with quality, durable materials) and 2) they the work really well (the motion is very smooth and quiet).

    They are as I'd hoped and I would highly recommend them.
