The company sent instructions for putting it together in advance of shipping. The exercise bike arrived a day early and was easy to put together with a hard copy of instructions included. I am excited to be using it and pray to exchange able to make it a lifetime change:-) It's as described and fun to use.

    Easy to assemble. Seating easy to modify. Doubtful that measures provided regarding pulse and calorie are correct as they do not align with similar efforts at physical therapy…the calorie count appears inflated & the pulse does not vary. I am pleased with the purchase; however, I did get a nice sale price and a credit from recalled item was applied. Not sure it would have been worth the list price.

    At first glance it's good. But when I started assembling it (I haven't finished it yet) I saw terrible mistakes. There were no numbers on the bags or anything. Finally the box was open. I hope I don't have any more problems down the road. Thank you very much

    After returning an uncomfortable bike, this one is a lifesaver! The extra-wide cushioned seat and mesh backrest provide amazing lumbar support—no more tailbone pain after a 45-minute ride. The infinite seat rail is so smooth that both my 5’1” wife and 6’2” son can find their perfect fit easily. Love the added arm workout too.

    I bought this mainly for the built-in arm exerciser and it does not disappoint! It’s perfect for getting some upper body movement in while pedaling. The step-through design makes it incredibly easy to get on and off, and the extra-wide seat is super comfortable. Highly recommend for seniors or rehab!
