Been using this for 6 months now, I have gained 15 ibs after being stuck at 145 ibs for a year and a half. It would be stupid to assume this didn't play a pivotal role in it.
Easy to swallow the pills aren't huge, and the smell is noticeable but only when the pill jar is open.
It has creatine with it so it covers another area of weight gain and honestly doubles as a energy supplement.
Though be aware, it suggests three a day. Without constant use its effects are too small compared to the price. And it promotes weight gain (muscle mostly not fat) so find foods that works with it and not against it.
