Customers praise the headphones' sound quality, describing it as clear and well-balanced, and consider them among the best in-ear monitors for their price point. The fit receives mixed feedback – while some find them comfortable, others note they don't work well with large ears. Moreover, durability is a concern as the headphones break within three months of use, and noise cancellation effectiveness is also mixed, with some reporting excellent isolation while others say they block little to no sound.
