Seem durable….we shall see over time. Healthy for you? Who can you really trust now a days? Cost effective or a great value? Yup. They work really well for my setup.
I use exterior leveraged Jcups. Streatch the bands between Jcups with a microfiber over the Jcups. Then based on band and Jcup position I can get as much or as little assistance as I want with the least amount of adjustment(s).

Was slightly worried about how many I was going to receive because the price was so good, but it completely delivered as I got all 4. I’ve used the purple band a lot at my gym for the past few years and it’s held up, so I thought why not buy my own set for at home? Amazing product!
