    Works well for someone in a chair and/or limited mobility. Takes a bit to figure out the controls. The hand & leg portions can be used simultaneously or independently. The motors can be set to go forward or reverse. There are a few pre-programmed routines or one can choose a speed manually. The motors can also be left on and the resistance can be adjusted if one wants to exercise without the motor assistance. Nice machine!

    The exerciser works great! I have MS which has made it increasingly difficult to exercise until I found this. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that there are no instructions on how to set the modes up. Had to figure it out by trial and error.

    Got this exercise machine for my uncle as Christmas gift, he used for couple weeks now, he is happy that he can work on his arms and legs at home on those rainy and cold days. It’s simple and easy to operate and it’s quiet.

    Nobody's Gonna Break My Stride

    We got this for our dad(over 200lbs)who has limited mobility and is not really a candidate for OT/PT. He is using the arm and leg separately for now. God-willing, he will eventually progress to coordinate the use of both simultaneously. We love the price and the extra activity dad can get regardless of the weather!

    I think the price is overpriced. Bad things about this machine
    – Only rotates one direction
    – don’t show remaining time
    – Instruction is bad
    – Foot straps are short
    – Foot paddle wheels are not fixed by guides so the foot paddle moves up and down and makes bumping noise while it is rotating
    – Foot paddles are small and narrow so this machine is good for people with small feet
    – Not much adjustments. You can only slide hand wheel back and forth just little bit

    Only two good things about this machine
    It comes with hand straps and you can exercise both arms and legs.
