Innovative reclined seating protects the lumbar spine while maximizing range of motion, ensuring safer and more efficient training 【Dual-Handle Design】This back extension machine features a dual-handle design. The rotating handles allow natural arm rotation, effectively reducing elbow strain, the fixed handles provide stable tension for precise targeting of specific muscle groups. By adjusting the grip width, a narrow grip intensifies the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles, while a wide grip targets the upper back and deltoids, delivering comprehensive back sculpting 【Independent Dual-Arm Design】This t bar row machine features an independent arm design, allowing both arms to move synchronously for symmetrical strength development or operate independently for unilateral training. This effectively corrects muscle imbalances and enhances proprioception. Whether in synchronous or alternating mode, it precisely activates the latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, and biceps brachii muscles 【Personalized Comfort】The back row machine features a fully adjustable design: 7-level chest pad adjustment, 5-level seat height adjustment, and 5-level fore/aft adjustment, precisely adapting to different body types.
