Product Summary: TOUSAINS Cable Machine Home Gym, Foldable LAT Pulldown & Rowing Machine | Foldable Freestanding CR63 Pulley System for Small Home Gyms, 400 Lbs Total Capacity, Fits 7 ft Ceilings, 1" & 2" Plates
From TOUSAINS Fits Small Apartments and 7 Ft Ceilings – At 62.99 in tall, it leaves about 21 in of headroom for lat pulldowns under a standard 84 in ceiling. No ceiling drilling, no wall mount, and built-in wheels roll it from the garage to the closet. Folds Flat to Save Space, Stores in 2.92 Sq Ft – About the size of a suitcase when folded, it tucks into 2.92 sq ft against a wall, behind a door, or in a closet corner. Fully open it takes only 7.12 sq ft, less floor than a yoga mat. Lat Pulldown and Rowing in One Frame – Switch between plate loaded lat pulldowns and seated cable rows to hit back, arms, chest, core, legs, and shoulders across 20+ exercises, all in one compact frame. Steady Through Every Rep, Ready in 30 Minutes – A carbon steel frame on a wide freestanding base keeps the machine stable instead of wobbling, and the cable runs on sealed pulleys. Pre-placed screws and included tools let one person assemble it in about 30 minutes. Load 2 Dumbbells or 1″ / 2″ Plates – Two stacked slots take two dumbbells at once, or standard 1″ and 2″ Olympic plates on the loading pins. The 400 lbs rating is the whole-machine total, not per loading point. Weights are not included; lat pulldown bar, tricep rope, V-handle and 4 spring clamps ship in the box.
