It does work. Works even better with a mix of excercise, eating healthier, buy a weightscale and you can see the pounds lost. U should see results in 2 to 3 weeks on the scale. On my 3 bottle now. Take 3 with breakfast and 3 with dinner ur set.

    I'm 58, and was about 40 pounds overweight. I didn't consume these as directed. Instead, I took two pills every morning. I did't notice anything the first month, but given I had two bottles, I continued to use them. Starting in the 2nd month, I could see a visible difference. By the time I had taken them 3 months, I was surprised at how much weight I had lost. Initially, it was easy to go from 185 to 167. Then down to 152. A few more bottles, and I ended up at 138. I surmise that had I taken them as directed, I may have lost more weight sooner.

    The dosage is take 3 gels twice a day, that's 6 gels a day × 30 days = 180 a month, yet there's only 72 in a bottle a 24 day supply, THIS IS A RIP OFF I'M RETURNING THIS ORDER WITH Amazon Prime…

    I have been taking this since May and have lost 20lbs to date, slow but was always told slow is better. I have 10 to go to reach my goal and it seems I am now at a stand still as I havent lost anymore in the last month but will continue using these for a month or so before I try something else for the last 10lbs. I have cut out bread from my diet but have changed nothing else.
