This is a nice modern representation of two elephants with trunks entwined. I believe it's ceramic but it feels more like China, more delicate. If you don't get their trunks set up just right the white one won't sit flat. That's why I gave it four stars it's a little bit temperamental lining up the trunks of the elephants and getting them just right. Other than that they're beautiful.
