UPDATE # 3 – 6/21/26: The seller assures me that I received a new lamp. I've had it on all weekend and it is still going.
UPDATE #2 – 6/18/26: Received the second lamp. Not sure if this one was also a return (orange stickers on the box this time) but there *was* a USB line included.
Also included was a remote, which *does* work with this product and offers more than just three dimming choices. I am glad, because I still can't get the "long press" to work for changing the lighting level.
I do think this item looks striking; enjoy the color choices, and the starburst pattern it makes on a surface is lovely. Though I haven't timed it, the charge does last a while.
The seller "made good" by sending me a replacement promptly.
Upgrading my rating from 2 to 5 stars.
UPDATE #1 – 6/10/26: Heard back from the seller, who is sending me a new lamp. Will update again.
Obviously a return; box beat up and re-taped. Does this come with a USB line? There was not one in the box. Colors are pretty, but unable (so far) to adjust the lighting level (low, medium, high).
So far, a disappointment. If I can figure out how to adjust the lighting levels (assuming this one is not defective) and if I can get a USB line (assuming one should have been included), I may keep it (I have contacted Amazon and the seller). Otherwise, it is going back. I'd get another one but there is no guarantee that one won't be a return as well.
