I was intrigued by the design of this resistance band system because it offers a compact way to work multiple muscle groups. My partner and I, both in our 60s, initially tried it on a bed, thinking the softer surface would be more comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the level of resistance or traction we were expecting. In hindsight, this product is probably intended to be used on a firm, flat surface where it can perform as designed. I also suspect younger users or those with stronger core strength may get more out of it than we did on our first attempt. I really like the concept, and if using it on a different surface improves the results, I'll gladly update my review because I think it has potential.

I'm not an expert on exercise equipment but I liked the look and idea of this and I thought I'd give it a try. It comes in a nylon bag but the bag split just from opening it to remove the pieces inside so that's not going to last long. That's not the purpose of this review though. The actual piece of equipment comes in two pieces with a pamphlet for setup, maintenance, and four suggested exercises. The two pieces are the wood handle and the resistance band. I like the wood handle. It's smooth and easy to hold. The resistance band is actual woven material and I loved that more than the normal rubber resistance bands that I've use in the past. The resistance band goes right into the slot in the middle of the wood handle and it holds there pretty securely. The resistance band has four, maybe 5, notches to use. I'm 5'0" and I use the longest one because I'm pretty weak and need to work up to anything more.
As for using it. There is lots of resistance. I'd say the pink is definitely medium weight. It's not easy but it's still doable. I actually think I'll start with a kettlebell or something easier and work up to this. You use the wood piece as the handle and there are two foot straps for your feet. They'd fit a wide variety of feet widths. I think it'll work for lots of different at home exercises and I'll be working my way up with it. It's easy to store away when not in use and takes up next to no space when you roll it up.
Overall I think it's nicely made, good quality. You can use it for a variety of exercises. It's really good resistance and with some other forms of exercise I think it'll be great for a full body workout!

I was impressed with the quality of this exercise band. The wooden handles, foot straps, stitching, adjustment points, and resistance band all seem very well made and sturdy. It also comes with a storage bag and instructions for four different exercises.
My biggest issue is the adjustability. For me, it doesn’t shorten enough for some exercises, such as seated movements or sit-ups, yet it feels too short for others like leg and back stretches.
I also wish the foot straps were spaced farther apart instead of being attached so closely together. That would make some exercises. That makes me feel that this could have more versatility to do more types of exercises.
Overall, this is a quality product that appears to be built to last. While I appreciate the craftsmanship, I don’t find that is can adjust to fit my body and is too limited of a device due to that the feet can't spread.

This is a compact exercise setup that is easy to keep around the house without dedicating much storage space to workout equipment. The pink knitted resistance material is much nicer to handle than thin rubber tubing, and the wooden handles give the set a more finished feel.
I like the adjustable length because it allows the resistance setup to be changed for different movements. The pedal design can be used for a range of arm and lower-body exercises, making it useful when I want something simple for working out at home.
It's also lightweight enough to pack away or take along when traveling. Overall, this is a convenient little resistance system with comfortable handles, adjustable sizing, and a compact design that makes home workouts easier.

I really like how simple this is to use for a quick workout at home. The resistance feels good and I can use it for my arms, legs, and different stretches. The handles are comfortable and the band feels sturdy while using it. I also love the pink because of course workout equipment can still be cute. As a busy mom, I don’t always have time for a full workout, so anything I can grab and use for a few minutes is perfect. It’s also easy to put away without taking up much space.
