When should I consume it?

Will it make me itch?

LIT V2 contains beta-alanine, an ingredient known to cause paresthesia (or itching of the skin). This is completely normal and actually preferred by a lot of pre-workout users.

Can you add creatine?

Yes! LIT V2 contains 3g of creatine monohydrate. If you want to add more, we suggest adding 2g (for a total daily dose of 5g).
