Pros:
1) It's sturdy and well made.
2) The interface is simple and easy to use.
3) It's quiet.
4) You can jog surprisingly fast on it.
5) You can set up a slight incline, so you burn more calories.
6) It has an LCD display, just in front of your feet, that scrolls through speed, elasped time, distance traveled, and calories burned.
7) It's compact, and easy to move around, so you don't need a dedicated place in a room.
Cons:
1) It's short and narrow, so it won't be suitable for wide users, or long striders.
2) The incline has to be set manually, with the bolts under the treadmill, so you can't vary it during your workout.
For the price, it's great value. You can walk, you can jog, you can easily vary your speed. If you want to do sprints, or hill climbs, this isn't for you. But, for regular, everyday exercise, cortisol management, and calorie burn, to get out of the heat or cold, it does very well.
