Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about this one because I've tried ab rollers before and they always felt wobbly or hurt my knees. But this 4-wheel design is actually way more stable than the traditional single or double wheel ones. The elbow support is the game changer here — it takes the pressure off your wrists and lets you focus on your core without straining.
Assembly was super easy, took maybe 5 minutes. The build quality feels sturdy, nothing rattles or feels flimsy. The wheels roll smoothly on both carpet and hard floors, which is nice because I switch between working out in the living room and the garage.
I've been using it about 3 times a week for the past couple weeks and I can already feel a difference in my core engagement. The elbow pads are comfortable enough, though they could be a little thicker for longer sessions. After about 15 minutes they start to feel a bit firm.
The only real con is that it's a bit bulkier than a standard ab roller, so storage is slightly less convenient. But honestly the stability and comfort trade-off is totally worth it. If you've avoided ab rollers because of wrist pain or balance issues, this solves both of those problems.
Great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels. Advanced folks might want something with more resistance, but for getting a solid core workout at home, this does the job well.
