This 4-in-1 kit includes an ab roller, knee mat, stretch band, and jump rope. I’ll start with the good: the ab roller is solid and works well for its intended purpose. It was easy to assemble, glides smoothly, and feels sturdy under pressure. The foam handles are comfortable, and the size works well for me—wide enough for stability, compact enough for control. I’d never used one before, but after watching a few how-to videos, I’ve been doing rollouts daily since it arrived.
The rest of the kit, however, feels more like filler.
Knee Mat: Very small and thin—about 13" x 6.5" and only ¼" thick. It’s portable, but not soft or protective. I won’t be using it.
Stretch Band: Very light resistance and short foam handles (about 4"). It’s fine for gentle stretching, but not suitable for strength training.
Jump Rope: Disappointing. The plastic cord arrived kinked and hasn’t straightened out, making it hard to control. It tangles during overhead passes and lacks the weight and structure that beginner ropes need for rhythm and flow.
Bottom line: the ab roller is a keeper. But if you’re doing comparison shopping, don’t let the extras sway you.
