    This gold, vintage-styled telephone clock has been a fun and classy decor piece receiving multiple compliments. The gold finish is a slightly different hue in person compared to the photos; however, I still find the appearance to be beautiful and well-made. It is surprisingly light in weight, yet sturdy. It is one of the quietest clocks I have ever experienced as I had to watch the time to ensure it was working because there were no ticking sounds. I have compared the set running time to my phone multiple times, and there have been no issues with it getting behind or ahead. It runs nicely on one AA battery. I wish there was a back piece to hold in the battery, but despite this, the battery has remained in place. Overall, it is a fancy, yet functional decor item that spices up any room.

    The clock is very charming, but it is a little smaller than I expected, and it is hard to read because the contrast of the numbers against the background, makes it a little difficult. I am keeping it because it is quite cute and for my uses I can deal with it.

    I like it! I was a little iffy that it wouldn’t make a loud ticking sound as some clocks tend to do, but it doesn’t so I’m very happy. I also read a review that it’s hard to read the time on it, but it’s not for me. Perfect size, very stylish and a conversation piece, functional, and a good price. Definitely a smart buy.
