    Now this is noise cancellation at its finest!
    I have tried so many noise cancellation headphones, some that were upwards $400 and none of them had this much noise cancellation without being attached to some sort of software like zoom or Microsoft or even Krisp.

    My background is always noisy. I have three kids ranging from ages one to five so there is always some sort of noise, from laughter to talking, to Miss Rachel on the TV. so I need heavy noise cancellation, almost AI software level noise cancellation within a microphone because I work from home.

    I did two different tests on these headphones. within the computer is a voice recording application, so recorded me talking with my kids playing in the background. I played music on my phone at the highest level. The TV was also on and you heard nothing! occasionally you might hear a very, very low mummer but it cut out just about 100% of the background noise I would say it cancels about 95 to 98% of background noise. The second test that I did was, I called someone through Google voice on my computer and they also couldn’t hear anything. They didn’t hear the kids screaming at all, I had them all scream at the same time. I also had the TV going and they didn’t hear anything, they did say while I was talking that they couldnt hear what was going on in the background, but they said it almost sound like a chipper from a fire alarm needing a battery change. Which lines up with the murmur that I would hear on the voice recording with extreme noise going on behind me.

    I totally recommend this for anyone who needs actual noise cancellation within the microphone WITHOUT software.

    The best headset for customer service that I have ever used. Very comfortable padding on the head and ears. Very little clamping force. Plush, fatigue-free ear-cushions. Good noise reduction. Clear microphone. The sound drivers are very low in treble, so they cause little fatigue. The controls on the wire are very well made. You will not press a button by mistake. You can customize the settings for the headset on one PC, and the headset will remember the settings when used on other PCs as a plug-and-play headset, without the need to install the software on every PC.

    I don't recommend it, the microphones fail in 4 months

    I've bought four headsets in two years, and I've tried four different brands. This UH46 was the fourth one I bought. Everything was fine from October 2025 until December when the main microphone started working intermittently. It's worth noting that I never touched the settings after buying it; everything was exactly as it came out of the box.

    I don't recommend it. I'm still looking for a good headset that offers a good balance of quality and price, including noise cancellation.

    By the way, the description on Amazon says it has a two-year warranty from the manufacturer, but I can't contact either Amazon or the manufacturer through the support options. The Yealink website requires registration and requests supplier information, and you can't submit a support ticket for the device.

    I did a lot of research and even had to return some headphones because they picked up background noises. These work perfectly! I can have kids, music or tv on loud and caller ONLY hears me. Get them and you won’t be upset!

    purchased the Yealink UH46 headset and it became defective after only 2 months of normal, careful use. There is a severe loose connection (loose joint) in the wire. Because of this hardware defect, the sound cuts out and only plays on one side about 20% of the time.

    I do not recommend this product for long-term daily office use due to poor cable durability.
