Complimented on how clear I sound
I've worked from home for years and have used various headsets for my phone calls. I need a good corded option as a backup in case I have issues with my wireless headset. Well, this has become my goto headset. I've recently had Bluetooth issues and was losing calls. This headset has been rock solid on my MacBook Air. I've recieved several compliments on how clear it sounds since I've been using it. It is lightweight and comfortable. I love the auto mute function when you flip up the boom mic. It works very well, especially at this price point. I may give the Bluetooth version a shot after how well this one has done.

    This headset works well. The earmuffs are quite comfortable. The flat design is much better than muffs with the indents. The sound quality is outstanding. The microphone is of good quality. The only drawback is that a voice will tell you if your sound is muted or unmuted. It can be a little annoying, but not problematic.

    Dubious quality that only worked for a year

    Worked great for a year. I like the boom down mic off simplicity as I dislike dealing with cord-embedded mic controls. After that year, the left ear pad came unglued and is no longer connected to the headset. I can still use it by tucking the black cover around the foam pad and putting it between my ear and the speaker, but it looks like poor design to me. I've never had that happen on other headsets over the years. Even worse, the audio now cuts out every once in a while…

    They work as intended, good workmanship – No flaws as of yet.
    I recommend them for talking/listening conversations – Don't know how the quality foe music would be.

    These headphones performed well for listening to music, with plenty of power and natural sound up through 70% volume. The bass tones were slightly muted, but not as much as you'd expect for small drivers.

    My complaints are largely to do with fit. These headphones are the on-the-ear type, as opposed to over-the-ear. This means they are somewhat predisposed to moving off the ear. Because they seem to be designed for a smaller head, these headphones move around a lot. Also size/design related, the boom microphone wants to contact my cheek. I was able to position it about 1 inch above my mouth to avoid this issue, but still have a working headset. Loss of star is for these fitment issues.

    At 70 bucks, considering the fitment issues, I am very tempted to leave 3 stars. But given that the fact of on-ear design was knowable from the ad, and the relatively high quality audio response, I'll leave it at 4 for now.
