It's comfortable to use once you get the hang of it. The grip can be a bit difficult if you don't use gloves. It is smooth and quiet when rolling. You will get a burn sensation after a few reps, which is good. Not something I'd stick with as a standalone workout– maybe mix it with other ab strengthening workouts to really get results.
