    Idk what it's supposed to help with but I am on my 2nd container. I enjoy the taste. I however only use no more than 2 scoops in my 40oz container. Those two scoops are sweet. A little too sweet for me lol. It's very easy to mix and is not at all grainy nor does it have an after taste. My energy level has slightly increased and I do find it a great value for the price . I do plan on buying it again so maybe after a third use I will have better results. I know things take a little time. I'm not bloated with this product either .

    The strawberry lemonade tastes great and I love the 2-in-1 benefit of having electrolytes and creatine together! It does not have a ton of sodium like some other electrolyte drinks I have tried, which is awesome since I am using this for daily hydration, not as an intense athlete. It also has vitamins C, B6, annd B12, which makes it perfect as a mid-morning (or afternoon) drink. Overall, fantastic product at a good price point! I have this on subscribe and save so I never run out!!
