I am a blush addict and wanted to try the new transition blush trend. However, I am on a “low buy” year and also did not want my money to go to the current manufacturer of official “transition blush”. So I found this little blush pallet, and its great for creating transition blush looks. They are light, low pigment and sheer, which is what you want for this look. The 4 colors are great for working with the many colors of blush I already own. The little brush it came with is also decent at blending in the under eye area, though it is a little scratchy. Considering I would have had to spend almost $100 for the number of shades and the special brush from the high-end guy, I am extremely pleased with this blush pallet.
This stuff is no good at all. Its way smaller than it looks in the ad. The colors are pretty but it has no pigment at all, they blend out to almost nothing. They go patchy really easily if you try to build it up. The brush is a very flimsy, tiny thing. The pans are so tiny that I could barely get any of my good blush brushes into them. I wanted to like this bc I'm on the hunt for good cool toned powder blushes to apply over my creams, hence the only reason I even tried this cheap brand, but its just no good at all. I didn't expect exquisite quality or anything bc it is an off brand, but something?!! Anyone in the reviews saying this is a good blush doesn't know a thing about good makeup!! I try and use all kinds of makeup products and blush is my FAVORITE! I currently own abt 50 cream and powder blush products so please trust me. I am a makeup girly and I know my products. Save your money, spend a few more bucks and opt for a good, affordable, "drugstore" brand. I should've known better but for $6 I was hoping that it would at least be something I could use every now n then as a cool toned powder topper but nope!!! I have included a few pics: 1 is of the blush palette and the other 2 are my blush products. 1 Pic is just the top layer of products and the other Pic is the front view of the bottom layer. Yes I know its ALOT but I truly do use all of them. I wear a cream and powder blush everyday (sometimes I mix colors and wear 2 of each). Like I said, I'm a makeup girly and I LOVE it so much… just NOT this product
