Taste like plastic but works!
Not going to lie I wish they tasted better because honestly it does taste like plastic lol but I will say they work! I started them on Thursday morning about 7am and by 12pm I was doing laundry and cleaning the house! I felt horrible before taking these. I was all over the place crying and in cramp hell! But the pain got easier to handle and the bleeding slowed down by 12pm first day! I took ibuprofen and first time while on my period I wasn’t in pain!! The only complaint I have is the taste!

    TAKE MY MONEY. In 2020, I stopped getting the birth control shot, which I had been on for many years. I didn't get my flow while I was on it so once I stopped the shots, my flow came roaring back with a vengeance. I knew it'd take a long time to normalize as my body got used to being off the hormones but my flow was cRaZy. It'd last 3 weeks, stop for a few days, then come back. It'd be HEAVY, my cramps unbearable, my mood swings severe. I started taking these out of pure desperation. Especially since they're not pills, easy to take and taste delicious. About 2 months in, my flow stopped flowing so long, my cramps were a 4 instead of a 9. Now my flow comes right on time, lasts 5 days, heavy to light as the days go…ie: NORMAL. I will give up Netflix before I give up these vitamins. They changed my life.

    I waited along time to make this review. I bought the three pack and took two a day for three months. I wanted natural relief from the perimenopause issues of cystic acne breakouts, migraine headaches and mood issues during PMS. These helped immensely with all three. Mood was dramatically improved, I got zero cystic pimples and zero migraines. I reordered the three containers and will continue to take these daily. Beyond impressed and I feel so much better it’s such a relief. They taste good. I eat them first thing in the morning before anything else.

    NO. DOES NOT “get better before it gets worse”! Progesterone spike!!

    UPDATE – Week 3: I couldn’t do it. This product causes progesterone spikes and my body just cannot take sudden changes in hormone levels. It completely wrecked my luteal week, I had to stop taking these after I began bursting into tears every few hours and taking offense at every little thing. Fortunately my boyfriend was very understanding when I told him the chasteberry was likely to blame. Powerful stuff. It took 4 days for my system to be rid of it and I had a very unusual period right after. Ladies if you know your body is sensitive to hormonal changes even without supplements, proceed with caution. If it hadn’t been for another woman posting that this ended her relationship it could have gone that way for me. This product is not for just anyone.

    UPDATE – Week 2: I will try and give regular updates when I can with these – I started right after my last period and the minute I ovulated 2 weeks later, my mood swings worsened. I know the bottle says take for 2 months before seeing an improvement so I’m going to hang in there and keep going, but this was bad. I told my boyfriend to watch me closely – he has been so forgiving but I’ve also been very transparent when things feel rotten, so give your loved ones a heads up if you can: we can’t help our moods but we can give people forewarning which is at least something. I’m about to enter luteal week so wish me luck. I’ll post back again and hopefully I’ll have some good updates. Fingers crossed.

    Compared to other PMS gummy brand, it has a weird taste. Not sure if it's the sugar or herb used. However, in terms of cramps, they were minimal. Also, no breast tenderness before my period like I usually get. I took the gummies 5 days before the projected start time. At the same time, I flew on a plane for 13 hours, the day before my period (that could've thrown off my hormones). Thus, my period was 2 days late and lasted shorter than usual. It could've been a combo of both factors. Will update if anything changes.

    I’m in my second bottle now, and don’t plan to stop taking it. I got it for my hormonal acne, and it has worked wonders for it! I am also noticing stronger nails and definitely more balanced moods. Really love this. The texture of the gummies aren’t my favorite, but it works well enough that I don’t care.

    I’m never taking these again. These delayed my period 4 days when I’m very on point with my cycle. I had cramps and feeling like I was going to start just to have some very light spotting. I’m still waiting to fully get back to normal. Worst idea ever. I originally took for pimples that I would get around my period, but ended up with way more problems. I will never buy again. Beware. I’ve read that this has happened to many and that it can delay your period weeks.
