So. . . push up bars are a basic item. They're handles that handle the floor while you're doing push ups. In this way we offload multiple issues to the pull up bars. They're meant to grip the floor, they're meant to provide a grip, . . . and that's about it. What do we talk aobut besides all that?
They're stable. The FitArc push up bars have a silicone bottom that grips the floor. One could do many push up variations on these bars without hands sliding. Then there's the ability to do deficit push ups. Another plus. The grip is comfortable enough to bare hands, but I usually do exercise gloved. This bodes well for vacation time, as this is when I pack a fitness kit; these barss are likely to be my go-to for this year's vacation due to the non-slip paads on the bottom.
Overall, 5 stars for non-slip performance, versatility, ease of use, and included instructions. These push up barss are 100% worth it.
