    I use this machine several times a day. I sit a lot for my work and was beginning to feel pains in my hips. After using this for a few weeks now, I can say I have not had the pain anymore. I counts steps, calories, the speed can be adjusted and it lets you know how long you've been working out. It can be programmed, it goes forward and backwards and stops when the cycle has been completed. It is lightweight, I literally take it work for two days then back home for the rest of the, every week. It is a smooth quiet ride. Overall, a great value and investment in your overall health.

    I’m going ahead and call this machine amazing. It’s doing a lot, adjusting speed and direction. Easy assembly. Went through 15mins cycle and I’m impressed as I watched my thighs flexing. I know it will help with my AO without putting strain on my body. I never realized that it’s completely opposite of the bike and I really need both to optimize my mobility.

    Great item to assist with at home pt. However the strap for foot is issue. It does not stay on. You have to strap it some what under the pedal and over your foot.

    Great little machine needs a bigger wheel to make your legs get a better workout. No complaints I like that you can program how long and speed of the machine the reverse mode works on the calfs.. makes alittle noise that's not a big problem. It's been about a month using every other day besides a bigger wheel perfect little exerciser Thanks Terry S

    Nice but…..

    The only issue we are having is with the simple strap that came with the unit. The strap does not keep the foot securely on the pedal when using the device.

    It would be nice to have a place to slide your feet in to keep your feet in place.

    Other than that, the device is helping my 87 year old mother get some exercise.
