How do I start using my marker?
To activate your new marker, shake it well to make ink even, then press the tip firmly on scrap paper until ink flows (a small ink drop may appear – this is normal). Once flowing, you’re ready to create! Always recap immediately after use.
Why did my marker stop working so quickly?
Don’t worry – your marker isn’t dry! Our premium ink formula can form a temporary protective film on the tip when exposed to air. Simply reactivate it to continue your artwork.
(IMPORTANT) What’s the best way to store my markers?
Close the pen cap tightly after use, store it horizontally to prevent the ink from drying out and get ready for your next creative project.
How can I fix a dried tip?
Two easy solutions:
1. Swap in the included spare tip
2. Soak the dried tip in warm water or rubbing alcohol for 3-5 minutes to dissolve the film. Reinsert, shake, and create!
